Located in “Little Venice” an area of stone bridges and canals, the home benefits from its own private mooring and is within walking distance of shops, pubs, restaurants, art galleries, museums, churches and public transportation.
The kitchen has a cooker and hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and French press. There is a separate guest bathroom with utility room for the washing machine, portable air conditioning unit and 2 bicycles.
The lovely living room has a fireplace, Satellite TV, DVD, and a CD player. Beautiful French doors open to the gardens at the front and side of the house with views of the water. Outside there is a table and chairs to seat 6 for alfresco dining. There is also an outdoor shower.
The master bedroom has a king bed and view of the water. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed, perfect for a couple with a young child or two singles.
Other amenities at the property include a barbecue and lounge chairs outside, a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board.
St. Tropez, the “playground of Europe”, is only 3 kilometers away. Boats to St. Tropez run regularly throughout the day.
Pets are allowed upon owner approval and with an additional security deposit. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged. Welcome pack and Information pack. No Stag or Hen parties are allowed.
