This lovely home is privately located on a south facing hillside with its own private 10m swimming pool. The house is an ideal base from which to explore many of Tuscany and Umbria’s prime tourist and cultural sites, or to simply bask by the pool in the Italian sunshine and admire the lovely countryside.
The lovely Alpe della Luna region is near the walled medieval town of Sansepolcro, birthplace of artist Piero della Francesca. The house has been lovingly restored around a shrine to San Cerbone dating back to the 12th century, which was visited by Saint Francis of Assisi on the pilgrimage route to Rome.
There is a beautifully restored stone retaining wall at the southern side of the property. It has a walk-way around the top and a large arched gateway underneath, which leads from the dining terrace down via a flight of stone steps to the pool plateau.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove top Italian espresso maker and an electric filter coffee machine. In the sitting area there is a TV, VCR and CD player. There is also an iron and ironing board and washing machine only. You will find a clothes-line outdoors for drying.
Housekeeping services - Weekly clean on Saturdays included in the price. Additional housekeeping is available. Welcome pack and Information pack are included. Stag and Hen parties are NOT allowed. Pets may be allowed upon owner approval and with an additional security deposit. This home is not suitable for very young children. This is a non-smoking property.
