Four brand new and gorgeous bungalows only 150 yards from the ocean. A lovely haven, an intimate and private retreat with wonderful energy, a great staff and an over-all special appeal. This is a perfect location for surfers, adventure and thrill seekers, a romantic vacation, or anyone seeking a peaceful haven for rest and rejuvenation.

The owner is an interior designer in California. She paid particular attention to small details when building and decorating the bungalows! They were all built with recycled hardwoods, bamboo, banana leaf, rattan and all natural and recycled materials. Each one is distinctly decorated with exotic hand-carved woods, elegant textures, aromatherapy candles, and natural, top-of-the-line, comfortable bedding.

The bungalows are all air conditioned and have a ceiling fan, gorgeous verandas, digital laptop size room safe, hand-carved stone sinks, rain can shower heads, organic soaps and beautiful furnishings. Mosaic showers are built to accommodate 2 and the rain can shower head will soothe your muscles after a day of surf, yoga or hiking.

Enjoy the comfort of your own balcony with tree top views, exotic jungle sounds, beautiful sunsets and ocean breezes. Watch the monkeys, butterflies, fireflies and a multitude of native birds.

There is a fully-equipped open-air rancho kitchen with a table and chairs to seat 12, sparkling tile pool, free Internet access, communal Direct TV, telephone access, book exchange library, games, daily housekeeping and a security guard.

The property is located near Suck Rock, the famous surf break, and Forbes Magazine rated Mal Pais as one of the world’s top ten most breathtaking beaches!

The town of Santa Teresa is charming and rural. It’s all about the surf, environmental and health consciousness, green living, yoga, restaurants of every nationality, great outdoor bars, positive energy flow and nature. All in all this tropical destination is quite a trendy little hot spot.
